Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Scope
This statement applies to the Train Smarter web app at train-smarter.at.
Compliance status
Train Smarter is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1, level AA. The following content is not yet fully accessible.
Non-accessible content
- After closing a dialog or editing an entry, keyboard focus sometimes jumps back to the top of the page.
- In dark mode, disabled buttons are not always clearly recognisable as disabled.
- The “My account” page has to be scrolled sideways on very narrow screens (320 pixels).
- On a team's detail page, some controls are smaller than recommended on touch devices; the list of trainers is not marked up as a list for screen readers, and the initials in the profile pictures are read out.
- User management has to be scrolled sideways on very narrow screens (320 pixels), and the “Details” and “Load” tabs in the exercise view are smaller than recommended on touch devices.
- In dialogs where you choose between several options, the choice does not tell screen reader users what it is about.
We are fixing these step by step and will update this statement as we go.
How this statement was prepared
It is based on a self-assessment: automated checks with axe-core plus keyboard checks at screen widths of 320, 375, 768 and 1440 pixels.
